Welcome back, Saskia! Jana and I and many Bob’s Yer Uncle! listeners have been missing you, but love must always come first.
My understanding is that circumcision is much more common in the US than everywhere else, but that even there it’s becoming less common, these days. I think it’s an old-fashioned idea that Americans have held onto, like embalming dead people.

Welcome back, you have been missed! Congratulations! Have a good holiday.
Some Celtic artwork always looks good as a tattoo, and is fairly timeless - important, as you’ll have it for the rest of your life.
Don’t forget to first horrify your parents and loved-ones by pretending you are getting a tattoo they really wouldn’t want you to get: a skull with a dagger through it dripping blood onto a scroll bearing the word ‘Mother’, perhaps. That way they’ll like your eventual choice more.
Don’t choose the tattoo shop on impulse. Before getting it done, check out their their sterilization procedures and make sure you ask about the ink they are going to use. Look up the manufacturer and check that it isn’t really cheap ink, which can sometimes be made with heavy metals.
More than 80 percent of the world’s penises are intact. The United States is the only country in the world that routinely circumcises most of its male infants in the hospital for non-religious reasons. In 1996, the most recent year for which circumcision figures are available from US National Center for Health Statistics, the Midwest had the most circumcisions in the country with newborn circumcisions at 81 percent, followed by the Northeast with 67 percent and the South with 64 percent. The more progressive West Coast only circumcised 36 percent.

Still no shows. Sad. You know, you don’t have to feature music, we’d be happy with ramblings.
